Have your account number ready. Payments can be made at your convenience, day or night.

 
New Users – Get Started

For Utility Billing Accounts
Click "Sign In / Register" at the top right, then select "Register".
Fill in the required information. Check your email (including spam/junk) for the activation link.
Once logged in, click on the "Utility Billing" tab.
If your account doesn’t appear, click "Add an Account" and enter your account number and last payment amount.
 
For Business Licenses
Click "Sign In / Register" and select "Register".
Already have a Utility Billing login? Use the same credentials.
Go to the "Business License" tab under Available Services.
Click "Add Licensee Registration" and fill in your details using your business license number.
Once verified by City Hall staff, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can then log in and make your payment.
 
For Public Works Fees (e.g. Water Meters, Event Deposits)
Go to "Other Payments" under Available Services.
Select the appropriate permit or fee from the dropdown menu.
Complete all required fields and submit your payment information.
