Welcome to our online payments website! The following services are available: Utility Billing, Business License Payments, and select Public Works Fees like Water Meters, and Water/Sewer Hot Tap Permits. 

We will be adding additional Public Works Fees to our portal in the future!

Our enhanced Online Payment site will provide many advantages including access to water consumption history, online payments, and business license payments.  

Utility payments over the phone are to be made by calling 877-822-8409, payments can be made at your convenience 24/7. You will need your account number.

New users - Utility Billing

1.  Create a new account by clicking "Sign In / Register" in the top right corner, then “Register”

2.  Enter the information on screen. An activation email will be sent to you (be sure to check junk and spam folders). Once your account is activated, click the “Utility Billing” tab at the top.

3.  There you will be able to see your account(s) listed. If you do not see your account(s), click the button to “Add an account”. You will need your account number and last payment amount. 

New users - Business License

1.  Create a new account by clicking "Sign In / Register" in the top right corner  then “Register”.  If you already have a Online Utility Account  you can use your same credentials.

2.  To pay your business license online, you will first need to complete  "Add Licensee Registration" information by going to Business License tab under Available Services. You will need your business license number.  Once your account has been approved by City Hall staff you can then create your account online and make your payment.   An email will be sent to you once your account is verified.  

New users - Water Meters and Other Public Works Fees

1.  Under Available Services click on "Other Payments", click on the dropdown to pick the Permit/Fees that you need to pay.  Complete the required fields along with payment information.
