**Before you can pay the deposit for a public event fee, the following items must be complete:

  1. Submit a complete Public Event Application to cwhite@ci.sisters.or.us with all required documents.
  2. A confirmation email from staff will be sent to you. Once you have confirmation you will be given a Public Event Number (example PE 99-99). You will need that number to pay your fees.
