**Before you can purchase a water meter, the items below must be complete:

  1. You must provide a Building Permit Number assigned by Deschutes County
  2. SDC fees must be paid
  3. Complete a Water Start Service Application, applications are on our city website at www.ci.sisters.or.us under forms and permits. Once complete, email to kkeeton@ci.sisters.or.us.
